BACKGROUND:
AAA is a Tokyo-based music and dance school owned by Avex Group, one of Japan's largest music labels and talent management companies. The Academy offers courses in vocal and dance training, music production, and artist management. It provides opportunities for students to perform in concerts, events, and audition for talent agencies affiliated with Avex Group.

ROLE:
As a result of the global pandemic, AAA had to restructure its business model and strategy. In partnership with Lightair, they developed a new vision for the school's future. My role was to visually represent this new direction, realigning existing design elements with the school's refreshed brand narrative and strategy. The aim was to effectively communicate the change and renewed focus of the school.
